I’ve got two things to say about ‘Black History Month’.
One: Martin Luther King and Thomas Sowell are two of my heroes.
Two: Morgan Freeman speaks the truth-
“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” -MLK
Amen Dr. King. So do I.
Wow, that got uncomfortable for a moment…but good for Freeman!!
He get’s the fact that it continues the cycle of racism…
It almost seem like racism will never die. If there is a black history month, this will keep the focus on what happened in the past and never let the focus be in the future of one man, one race. The hardcore left has has a strong hold on this. Most African-Americans vote democratic (fact), which is odd since it is the left who remind them about their past, not letting them let go of it, using that to gain votes. Bottom line racism is wrong.
Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be out of a job if the black community woke up to how the democrats were really treating them. That’s why I love Freeman calling ‘Black history month’ what it is- an insult.
